Chianti d.o.c.g.
Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 10%.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel taks at a controlled temperature.
In wood barrels for 6 months and in bottle for 3 months before being relased.
Organoleptic characteristics
It has a ruby colour with shades tending to garnet. Ripe fruit bouquet and rounded on the palate and with a rich structure.
The wine matches perfectly with panzanella, tuscanian crostini, beans, trippa and barbecue meats.
