Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 10%
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel taks at a controlled temperature.
In oak barrels for 12 months and in bottle for 3 months before being relased.
Organoleptic characteristics
It as a warm, ruby red colour. Ripe fruit bouquet, reminding of red berries and ripe cherry. Soft and rounded on the palate. Fine structure.
The wine matches perfectly with roasted meats, cheese, pasta, salame and ham.
