Fermentation takes place in stainless steel taks at a controlled temperature.
In French barrels for 18 months and in bottle for 6 months before being relased.
Organoleptic characteristics
It as a warm and intense ruby colour. Ripe fruit bouquet, reminding of red berries and spicy notes. Soft and rounded on the palate with fine structure and concentration.
The wine matches perfectly with roasted and grilled meats, game, stew, medium and seasoned cheese, pasta with meat souce.
