The Products
The grapes cultivated for the production of red wines are Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino, typical of the Chianti-tradition, together with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
At present the Azienda Agricola Il Mandorlo produces three wines:
- Chianti Classico Il Mandorlo
- Chianti Classico Riserva Il Rotone d.o.c.g.
- Terrato Toscano Rosso i.g.t.
